Changing or canceling your order
After placing your order it begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to it. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Order status
We will send you an email when the status of your order changes. We will send you an email when we initially receive your order and again when we have shipped your order. The email we send you when we ship your order will contain a shipping tracking number so that you can keep up with the status of your order once our shipper receives it.
Shipping
Urban Body office hours are Monday–Friday, from 10:00am–6:00pm ET. Urban Body strives to ship promptly and completely upon receipt of your order. If your order arrives after office hours it will be processed the following business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery of your order. We can ship only to your credit card billing address or to another address that is registered with your credit card company. We can ship only to addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Returns
Your satisfaction is a priority at Urban Body. All items are inspected thoroughly for flaws prior to shipment. You may return purchased items for any reason, for the complete cost of the item provided that:
- The item is returned within 14 days of shipment.
- Items are returned in their original, not-yet-worn condition.
- All hang tags remain attached and intact.
Due to health regulations, sales of underwear are final. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for shipping charges unless the merchandise is defective.
All return credit is issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. Urban Body does not provide cash refunds for credit card purchases.
Urban Body color calibrates our computers on a regular basis, however computer monitors register colors in varying degrees. Actual clothing colors may not be exactly as they appear on your screen.

We make every attempt to provide accurate information on this web site, however we cannot guarantee that the information presented is error free. We cannot be held responsible for errors (including pricing and product availability). We will correct the errors as soon as we become aware of them.
